ABOUT ORGL

An Integrated Manufacturing Foundation

From product development and material selection to production, inspection and export preparation, our Guangzhou facility brings the core stages of filter manufacturing into one coordinated operation. Established in 2006, the 13,000 m² site employs approximately 150 people and supports annual capacity of up to 12 million filters—providing the control and consistency required for diverse international programs.

Manufacturing Capabilities Across Filter Categories

ORGL combines established filter manufacturing with practical development support across automotive, heavy-duty, HVAC, industrial and custom applications. From reference matching and material selection to sampling, production and packaging, we help customers build suitable filter programs around their markets and technical requirements.

Passenger Car & Heavy-Duty Filters

Engine air, cabin air, oil, fuel and related filter programs for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, construction equipment and off-highway applications. Development can begin from samples, drawings, OE references or target specifications.

HVAC & Industrial Filtration

Panel, bag, pleated, rigid-box, separator HEPA and mini-pleat filters for commercial HVAC, clean-air and industrial equipment applications, with materials and constructions selected around airflow, efficiency and installation requirements.

Custom Filter Development

For applications beyond standard catalog products, we support specification review, sampling, material selection and construction development for specialized equipment and non-standard filtration requirements.
