Filter Manufacturing Quality Control for Consistent Production

ORGL applies defined inspection and verification checkpoints from incoming materials through final release. Requirements are confirmed by product, application and customer specification so each program can be reviewed against an agreed standard.

ORGL QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Specification-Led Control at Every Stage

We aim to supply filters that conform to approved specifications through controlled materials, defined processes, documented inspection and continual improvement. Quality requirements are reviewed before production and carried through sampling, manufacturing and final release.

OUR QUALITY POLICY

Approved Specifications

Each program begins with confirmed product, application and customer requirements.

Controlled Materials

Verified Processes

Documented Release

Materials and components are reviewed against applicable specifications before use.

Defined checks support consistent construction and production control.

Inspection results and release decisions are recorded for the applicable program.

QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS

From Material Inspection to Shipment Release

ORGL’s quality management system defines the inspection points, production controls and records applied to each program. Requirements and inspection plans are established according to the product, approved reference and customer specification.

Shipment Release & Report

Selected incoming materials are inspected against applicable specifications before production.

Dimensions, materials, construction and sealing details are confirmed against the approved sample, drawing or specification.

Defined process checks and production records are maintained at specified stages during manufacturing.

Finished batches are sampled according to the applicable inspection plan and checked against defined acceptance requirements.

Approved batches are released for shipment following applicable inspection procedures, with a shipment inspection report available upon request.

Equipment Supporting Quality Control

Inspection and test methods are selected according to the product, material and applicable specification. The equipment shown supports material review, process control and product development where required.
